I still dont know if I can trust them, but I had a great experience with Brandon in Service. I had a slow leak in a tire, screw was found right away. I was scheduled for 1st thing Friday, and it was determined I needed a new tire, as the leak was very near the edge. Very professional and great communication!
Honestly the actual service I’m not sure how they did. But the advisor I was working with Dwaine, very short. I tried to be approachable with him. He made it seem like I was an inconvenience. I had a part that was going to be over 1500 with them. He didn’t tell me u til I spoke with. Another dealership that my part was under warranty then he told. I felt that the recommended repairs were not only extensive but, more importantly, very expensive—especially after researching and comparing similar services at other dealerships. As a regular customer, I didn’t expect this from Serra Buick GMC. I also found out that some dealerships waive diagnostic fees for high-cost repairs, which wasn’t even mentioned to me here.
