I had low coolant in my 2007 5 series, I called and they offered to top it off without charge same day. Matt in the service department was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing customer service. Would definitely bring my car in again.
Prompted by a notification from BMW that I needed brake fluid, the Service Department made an appointment immediately and performed the all points check, rotated the tires. Justin was very helpful.
