I just upgraded to a 2026 X3 this week. BMW has done an excellent job updating the X3. I worked with Elliot, Alberto, and Ross (the finance guy!) All three were incredibly helpful, kind, and made the car work for my situation with ease! Alberto was purely welcoming and professional, connecting the necessary processes well. The BMW Sales and services teams are the best!! They treat their customers like family. We’ve purchased 3 BMWs over the years, and run out of superlatives to describe the sales manager Alberto and his team (shout out to Elliot!). They have transformed the buying experience into something pleasant. The service department gets high marks, too. A flat tire late Friday evening with plans to drive out of town for the weekend?
