Excellent service, the team is customer focused for the moment you walk in. All my questions were addressed satisfactorily and options were presented for me to choose from. The work was completed on time and they offered to wag my car before returning it. I have been a customer of Serra for over 15 years and the service has been consistently great.
Matt is great!! Very friendly and helpful! Explained what else was needed after inspection and what could wait for now!! Facility was very clean and tidy! Waiting area was comfortable and quiet!!
