Service was very prompt and fast. Justin my advisor was great and explained everything well with frequent updates and quick responses . Service was beyond expectations .
My greatest experience buying a car yet. Very welcoming and transparent staff that helped me through buying a car from a different state which could be intimidating to most. Elliot and Alberto were great and earned a returning costumer in myself.
This is more about BMW versus the Serra BMW Champaign dealership. I bought new brakes for all my wheels and they haven’t stopped squealing since installation. BMW has told me there isn’t anything they can do but that I could buy new brakes. Unacceptable response. This isn’t what I expect from owning a BMW. I own three BMWs and I questioning keeping them for the long term. Very disappointed.
