Took our 2022 Acura MDX in for its major maintenance service. Dean was the service specialist and he was great. Made sure any questions or concerns about the service were addressed, and assigned me a new MDX to rent for the day (which I requested and very pleased they offer now for $35). Ran my errands that I needed to get done, then got a message from Dean that the car was ready to pick up, a bit ahead of schedule too. Definitely 5 star service.
Everyone I know feels apprehensive about purchasing a new car or trading in an old one for a new one. I have always experienced the jitters myself before a trip to a dealership. The price of an oil change more than doubled, from my last oil change there. I was charged $20.40 per quart for a total of $102.00 for 5 quarts. I would recommend going elsewhere for an oil change. Unbelievable, total rip off.
I just recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona and I am extremely happy with its ride and features.
