I want to give a big shout out to Malik, Norman, and their supervisor. After returning from vacation, we found a leaking hose bib and were worried about potential water damage in our crawlspace. Malik and Norman came in a very respectful manner and thoroughly checked everything, including the subfloor and sheetrock upstairs, as well as the crawlspace. I have 4 large dogs that can really make a mess of my carpet. My wife often mentions the stains and odors. In the past, other carpet cleaning services didn't do a great job at getting rid of all the stains. However, Malik and his team did an amazing job at tackling ALL of the tough stains and eliminating the dog odors. We are very happy with the results!
