I had one of the best customer service experiences with Serpro Carpet Service Oceanside. The technicians, Norman and Malik, were very friendly and explained the whole carpet cleaning process as they worked. They checked in with me a few times to see if there were any spots on my rugs that needed extra attention or a second cleaning. We had a water issue in our home and reached out for help. Gerald responded quickly and arrived at our place within an hour, even on a weekend!
