They repaired my car after an accident and I asked if I found out if anything was wrong that they would repair it. As in typical Serpentine dealership they lied and refused to fix it because diagnostics does not show an issue. They lied and said they test drove it. Had they done that they would’ve seen it wasn’t working. They test drove it in the shop and the speed is not high enough to register the lane assist. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB
Very nice people, but will never go here for car service again. They were supposed to have my car for 5 days to do repairs. Kept it over the weekend to finish up repairs and when I get it back on Monday there still is a part with damage they didn't replace, and a piece that still needs painting because of chipping in the corner. Schedule to get it fixed and come to drop it off on the weekend and they have no loaners when I was told I would have a loaner while they finish the job. My Lexus needed the front bumper and grill replaced after a car backed into my car. Serpentini Collision replaced necessary parts in a timely fashion. My car was returned buffed and thoroughly cleaned. I am thoroughly pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
