I recently had repair work done on one of my vehicles and each time I go to Serpentine Collision I’m impressed with the quality of the repair, professionalism and customer service. I have 5 drivers and 6 cars in the family with three of the drivers young and inexperienced. This shop is an absolute joke. They completely destroyed my dash & left my headliner hanging down in the what’s supposed to be the process of FIXING my car. The paint & body guys are great, outside of the car & damage looks good. Whoever they have taking these cars apart clearing has no care in the world for what they are doing or respect for other ppls property. If i could give 0 stars I would everything was fine at first into i went and picked up my vehicle and it was not prepared all the way so the person who fixed my car COLTON. A didnt fix it all the way he left my rims with scratches and a hole in the front of my vehicle which was not there before so I have been busy so he put me on the list for a loaner vehicle so the car could be finished but when he put me on there I was busy out of town so today I call he talking very unprofessional for this to be his job and im the custome... read more
