Excellent customer service from Alexandros Arotis. Not only does he have a friendly and outgoing positive attitude, but he also backs it up with 10/10 service. He went out of his way to help me with my car issues during my weigh-in and showed genuine concern just for a random customer. Absolute legend!
Disgusting toxic environment courts never available and staff are rude and disrespectful towards customers.
Fantastic staff and lots of activities. Main problems lie in the gym. Aircon is not great, and the gym is quite a small gym for the amount of people that go. Can get very crowded.
The gym is very little aircon is terrible sometimes in autumn and spring the heater is left on in the day from cold early mornings, environment is out of date. The trainers change almost every month and don’t know much about the equipment, I never get welcomed in. So many people are teenagers from Byford secondary college and cause trouble or older males and female who think it a chit chat coffee time hogging gym equipment and my time. At the the start when I started doing the casual shooting at rec centre it was free so many times the court was more clean and the staff were really nice but now it has change now I get charged 8 dollars to pay for a casual court also everytime when they put up the available times on facebook it always ends up not being available during those times and not to mention the fact they have a stupid temperature warning extremely been disappointing lately I hope rec sees this and actually let people have a god damn shoot around
