Very disappointing experience. I have maintained a 100% rating until today and have never had any issues with customers. During this delivery, I politely asked for the required delivery PIN, but the customer repeatedly said she did not understand and insisted that I leave the order at reception. I was willing to leave it at reception, but because a delivery PIN was set, I could not complete the delivery without it.
