Dr Serpe is the best doctor! He is very knowledgeable and excellent diagnostician. You can talk to him without being ignored, excellent listener, friendly beyond belief, has a memory that you cannot believe. The Feigenbaum family all love him and are so thankful to have him as our doctor.
