RecommendedI live at 702,I've lived here 7 years ,the people in the office are very nice people,the maintenance workers are very hard working,they fix any problems on time really quick,I never have any problems with crime!!all in all its a great place to live
Horrible tenant service if you get it at all
Went through a divorce and wanted a decent priced apartment on this side of town. So glad I chose here.. from the start the office team went above and beyond to get me approved. Since then any issue Lori and Kay(I think that's how you spell it) have been awesome and recommend this place to any I know is looking .
Its a really nice place to stay, If you have any issue they respond immediately, they send text messages every time informing everybody about the activities on the community, they are really nice at the office and help you with everything, I will never regret to stay here.
Been here for 3 months. Not at all the normal apartment scene. 1 bedrooms only so there is never any heavy foot traffic. Staff is super friendly, as well as, the maintenance team and they are swift to get things taken care of if you submit a service request!!! Super affordable, quite, and great neighborhood atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable and drama free living !!!

I just moved in, in August and the staff was great. The property manager Lori goes above and beyond for the residents needs. If i have any issues I go straight to her. She gets it done in a timely manner. So far, my son and I are enjoying our apartment. It's a great place for kids. It's quiet and the neighbors don't bother.
I’ve been living at Serotina Lakes for 3 years now and I feel like it’s great environment. The neighbors are friendly. The staff has been really good to me and I would recommended living here without hesitation.
