I had such a great time trying on wedding dresses here! I loved the one on one experience. It was worth the drive coming from Charlotte!
After a horrible experience at my first appointment elsewhere, Kelli and Sero Bridal is EXACTLY what I needed. I actually went to look at veils but ended up selecting a few dresses to try on. I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress thanks to Kelli! She was so incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. Not only did she help me find my absolute dream dress, but she also made it possible for me to get the perfect custom-made veil to match. Kelli is so knowledgeable and clearly has such a genuine love and passion for helping brides feel their best. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend her to anyone!
Kelli was so incredibly kind and great to work with! My dress ended up coming later than expected but Kelli did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible! Kelli even checked back in to make sure I received the dress. She was so sweet while trying on dresses and getting to work one on one was so nice! I can’t recommend Sero Bridal enough!
