Where to begin? We joined Serna in January 2019. It was great. Great customer service, but then things went down hill FAST come March 2019. It was one problem after another. They constantly dropped the ball. My final straw was it took 2 months, multiple emails and multiple phone calls to get a quote for jewelry. At that point, I started the process of transferring my accounts elsewhere, but not before the final ball dropped. I called to cancel my homeowners as we were selling the home. That never happened.
