bought a backup camera, wasn’t working when installed. They told me i didn’t know how to install a backup camera correctly even though i do lol. to respond to their reply, the camera box was open, never told it was tested, and was never offered an exchange. flat out lie

Purchased a stereo system for my girlfriends car, After arriving home she noticed on her dash that one of her headlights was inoperable. I brought it back explaining that both headlights worked before they worked on it and left it with them to diagnose the issue since they ran lots of wiring from the engine compartment throughout the vehicle. The manager was just full of excuses and accepted zero accountability for an issue that cost me $25.00 to fix, a blown headlight. Horrible!
