I had an existing subwoofer installed today and working with Serna car audio was an absolute pleasure. Had a bit of a hiccup - but I believe what makes a business truly great is not how they deal with jobs that go perfectly smoothly but - rather- how they deal with jobs where challenges arise. They met those challenges - not once being caught offguard. They immediately knew what the cause of the issue was and resolved it in no time (offering multiple solutions, in fact!). Very good prices and quick installation
Not a great experience but the staff was helpful and tried their best so I can't be mad about their effort. Came here because Alpine listed them as an authorized location on their website to verify if the amplifier I recently got had an issue internally. An issue that needed some actual technical troubleshooting work and validation on a proper installation. Went there after talking to a man that told me that they charge $50 to $ 120 to install a backup camera. I had tried to install a backup camera with the help of a yTube video, was not able to get it to work. Everywhere else they quoted me between a $ 100 to $ 200 max. I arrived and the man told me $ 45 to check and see if I messed up the connections and if they needed to rewire it it would be $ 120. Guess what, it needed to be rewired. Then came the boss and he was talking to me in English as the first one spoke also English... read more
