Explained things to me well, put me at ease
I found the reception to be lovely and kind, and the female doctor who did the tests and chatted to me was very very good, although my tests results cleared me for carpel tunnel... I did end up finding out 1 diagnosis for what it was by an orthopaedic surgeon... a rare neurological disease that not many doctors know about CRPS.. so finally know what I've been dealing with, would like to express my appreciation for trying for a diagnosis...
I went to him at Nowra I was in there no more than 5 minutes and got charged $270 which I got $70 back from Medicare I'm on age pension he wanted me to go back in 2 months i won't be going back he is too expensive and he can't do anything for me anyway I been going to him for 2 years and done nothing no more I will keep my money.
Accompanied a family member, neurologist A/Prof Serisier was very patient and thorough throughout the lengthy examination. I was very pleased with his diligence and care - we will definitely be following up with this practice as requested in a few months. As for his receptionist, we had no issues, in fact we were impressed with the way she assisted the patient before us who was having difficulties with recalling his pin number for his credit card - she was patient and kind to him.
