We had such a disheartening experience with Shannon that it ruined our whole day - a very RACIST person, so brown people beware! I booked 2 back-to-back appointments for my daughter and me, and I was told by her that the cut included washing the hair. We happened to arrive 11 minutes late to our appointment due to a rail stopping and road construction, but I did text her ahead to let her know of the delay and apologized to her in person too. Shannon is Amazing!! Hands down the best in town, she really listens to your needs and is 100% honest and professional (Services offered are color, cut, waxing and body buffing). Very experienced, friendly...welcomes everyone who walks in with a smile. Her salon atmosphere is so relaxed and cute, there is even a unique shoe selection to look at and buy. Lots of salon products to purchase. I absolutely love this salon and the energy she brings to her job. I highly recommend Seriously Sassy Salon! Go check it out!!!
