We had such a disheartening experience with Shannon that it ruined our whole day - a very RACIST person, so brown people beware! I booked 2 back-to-back appointments for my daughter and me, and I was told by her that the cut included washing the hair. We happened to arrive 11 minutes late to our appointment due to a rail stopping and road construction, but I did text her ahead to let her know of the delay and apologized to her in person too. Shannon is Amazing!! Hands down the best in town, she really listens to your needs and is 100% honest and professional (Services offered are color, cut, waxing and body buffing). Very experienced, friendly...welcomes everyone who walks in with a smile. Her salon atmosphere is so relaxed and cute, there is even a unique shoe selection to look at and buy. Lots of salon products to purchase. I absolutely love this salon and the energy she brings to her job. I highly recommend Seriously Sassy Salon! Go check it out!!!

I had heard that this lovely lady opened her business during the winter storm to folks who needed a shower and a hair wash. I knew this was the right place for me to take my dollars! Shannon listened carefully to my preferences in hair styles and the amount of time I wanted to spend on my hair each day. She helped me choose from a wide array of options to find the perfect style for me. I highly recommend Serious Sassy Salon and I will be returning soon!
