I bought a Saturn Vue from this lot May 21,2025. At first they were very nice and helpful. I told the owner numerous times I am on a fixed income and needed a car safe for 6 grandbabies. He told me he would change the brakes and it would be ready. A week later I went back and the brakes weren't done. An d there was metal in the tire. Again I reminded him I live on fixed income and need a safe car for grandbabies. On May 21 we agreed I would come back with a cash payment on May 30. I bought a 2012 Durango in the end of December 2024, Shak claimed all it needed was a cv axle on the passenger side and he told me that if I change the coil packs and spark plugs that the cylinder 2 misfire code would be fixed, come to find out I took it to a Dodge dealership and it needed ball joints, cv axle in the rear driver side, the water pump was leaking , the thermostat was in bad shape, the heater core was leaking, the oil cooler was no good and the coolant temperature sensor was bad.
