They came out to change my alternator, very simple job, however they forgot to tighten the bolt on the negative battery terminal so it acred and messed up my alternator again after just a few months, I got no response back after reaching out multiple times, the guy who answers the phone doesn't do the work, he sends out someone who he can find to do the job for the cheapest price, save the headache and take it to a professional shop who stand by their work
My wheel bearing started rapidly failing on a Saturday night. Called Sunday morning & he was able to fit me in during the afternoon. Got it changed in about an hour with no issues. Definitely recommend!
My serpentine belt broke on my Ford E350 van camper. Called and he was here in less than an hour had new belt on in under 45 minutes. Saved our weekend trip we had planned. Professional all the way. Will call again for issues and maintenance.
