I’ve gotten one of the best haircuts ever from Serina. Her attention to detail is incredible and she takes the time to make sure every part of the cut is precise and tailored perfectly. I’ve been seeing Serina for a year now and shes so consistently amazing and welcoming. She even welcomed me back and fixed a super botched haircut so I could leave confidently. Serina is rude and arrogant. It felt like my time and business were not valued at all. When I tried to explain what I wanted, I was met with dismissive responses and a condescending tone. She makes you feel as if asking questions is an inconvenience to her. There are many talented stylists out there who treat their clients with respect and care.
