After the local dealer told me it was a month long wait to assess and engine oil leak issue, it was time to look for other options. Series Workshop was super responsive and sorted the issue straight away. First contact at 10:00 a.m., car booked in for 1:00 p.m., major job (engine oil cooler replacement) done and completed by 5:00 p.m., back on the road. 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I had a very bad experience with The Series Workshop in Canberra. I took my car there for a service and was charged extremely high prices for parts. The overall service quality did not match what I paid. After the service, there was still a small oil filter noise which they ignored and told me not to worry about and just keep driving.
