After one occasion taking my 2011 Disco4 to the usual Landrover dealer, I have returned for all servicing and repairs to Series Workshop after discovering them in January 2018. My husband also brings his Jaguar XF to Johnny for repairs and servicing. We have complete trust in the skills and care of Johnny and team and always feel the costs are fair.
I cannot give Series Workshop a high enough rating! Johnny, his team and family in the office all offer the best customer service. In getting my 2019 Range Rover Sport serviced, Johnny identified an unusual ticking noise, and expressed real concern and care for my car and wallet. Despite being booked out, he juggled his timings and had my car in for an emergency timing belt change within two days. Very helpful service
On the way to the Snowy Mountains the tailgate door of our Disco got stuck, it couldn't be opened. Series Workshop offered to repair it right away and even gave us a car to continue our sight-seeing while waiting for the repair. Excellent service, very friendly people. Thank you very much! Peter
The Series Workshop is my number one recommendation to anyone who owns a Land Rover in Canberra and surrounds. The team are super friendly, accomodating, go above and beyond and are very knowledgeable.
