Read all the other reviews. I booked 2 weeks ahead, I needed to book a day off to get in the city centre from work. I expected the car would be test driven, faults identified quote produced. Pretty standard stuff. What happened was the car was test driven the guys agreed they could hear the noises I was complaining about and gave me a guess as to what it might be and said I would have to come back another day as someone else's car was going on the ramp.
