Read all the other reviews. I booked 2 weeks ahead, I needed to book a day off to get in the city centre from work. I expected the car would be test driven, faults identified quote produced. Pretty standard stuff. What happened was the car was test driven the guys agreed they could hear the noises I was complaining about and gave me a guess as to what it might be and said I would have to come back another day as someone else's car was going on the ramp. Great service, The lads really know their stuff and very reasonable priced.
Been there with engine light for 2 months and guy didnt go any futher than guessing. Saddly but took recomendations of other garage.It sounded profesional when owner said we got 5 peoples technician team working only on diagnostics by distance but that just other 5 persons guesses . Other thing Dave (owner)didnt know how to run bussines- there no properly managment with his bookings, never giving time slot , never ring you back first- you have to chase , if taking car that day he didnt even looking.I was leaving my car once ... read more
