I only have good things to say about Dr. Kwon (see below), but I must put this on top. The front staff is horrible. The lady at the front desk was very rude and does not care for patients. Dr. Kwon gave me a referral and told me the front desk will tell me where I can get my screening done. I went up to the front, and the lady was on a personal call. After she hangs up with someone she calls sweetie, she just gives me the referral paper and tells me that you can go to Englewood hospital or you figure it out yourself. I’ve ne... read more
