Avoid at all costs. We took out his service for an inspection on a house, and although he said the board needed replacing he never mentioned that the house needed rewiring, even though we asked about the wires. It turns out we now have to rewire the house we bought based in part on his report, which wasn't even finished to the normal standard, according to the words of two other electricians. Now looking at what we can do to claim compensation for the work we now need to do.
I called Sergo this morning and the response was instance. A most helpful and pleasant engineer came round within a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble and my issue was resolved. Great to know if any further issues I can contact the company again.
Avoid this company I called them out as my electrics were making a buzzing noise & my lights were flickering the guy that came out blew my electrics & told me my house was a death trap & I needed someone to sort it straight away they charged me £90 that day & another £240 to book them in for the next day as he made me really scared that the house was going to go on fire if it wasn't sorted straight away I was left in the dark I called my service provider out who came & said it was nothing to do with my electrics in my house ... read more
