First, let me say how I felt about Sight MD. I think they run eye care business as if it is an assembly line. Patents are lined up one after another and they have preset amount of time allocated for each patient to maximize their daily quota irrespective of quality of service rendered. Doctors do not have time to discuss issues with the patients. They are under heavy pressure to meet their daily quota. A very low standard of running a healthcare business. Excellent staff and a very clean office
I find the office and surrounding are kept clean,and I look for that ,the staffers so friendly and polite ,it's like walking in to your own home a few staff members recognize me when I check in ,which gives you a feeling of comfort and allows me to relax, DR marcus is a great eye doctor I tip my hat to him,iam i lucky to have him as my doctor
