I took a day off to meet this company at 9am a scheduled time. At approximately 830 they text me that i will have to reschedule. Now i lost a days work because of them. They should be taken to court for wasting my time.I asked why. Veronicas ( owners wife) says because they have another job. No apologies. This company is exceedingly unprofessional. I can post the texts as proof of this. Im not sure they are even licensed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. **** BEWARE BEWARE*****
A few years ago I was always "shopping around" for the lowest price around to have my palm trees trimmed. At one point I realized, the lowest price was not the best quality of work. Sergio and his crew have been trimming my trees (and a neighbor's tree that was hanging over my yard) for 10 years. Both easy and difficult jobs. They've been skilled, professional, friendly and respectful of the property. Yesterday they trimmed front yard trees. I wasn't able to be there but I trust Sergio so I paid him in advance. When I got home I saw that thay had done a great job. Sergio is my go-to for tree trimming.
Highly recommended! I had a big cleanup project that needed to be completed. I contacted Sergio to get an estimate. Not only did he give me an affordable price he said he was able to do it the same day. I was very satisfied with his work and will be contacting him again for any further projects.
Sergio and his crew did a great job trimming our large palms. They cleaned up well. I also appreciate that he told us about the accidental broken plumeria branch. Things like that happen, especially because my plumeria are right below the palms.
