Great NY pizza and hot subs!!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Sergio’s Pizza for nearly a decade, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a large everything pizza and specifically asked that the crust not be burned and for the toppings to be fully cooked. When I got home, I discovered the opposite as the crust and toppings were both undercooked. In fact, the pizza was cold. This place has great food but they need to work on their customer service and food knowledge. Some people need to learn that if they don’t like to work with people don’t work in customer service or the food industry, it’s simple.
