Completely mixed me up with another patient and told me there was something wrong with my babies brain, began listing things I may have done wrong to have caused it. When I went for a second opinion with high risk, all was normal in my baby’s brain. Would not recommend to anyone.
I knew Dr. Vignali was leaving this facility. I had a procedure scheduled for today at 3:30 and the office called me last week and said I had to pay $134 plus the procedure of $188.00 before the doctor would even see me and I have insurance FHCP and I had all intentions of paying the co-pay today, yet, they canceled my appointment, without me knowing and I changed my work hours to accommodate the appointment. The staff is great but the attention to detail isn't there. I was prescribed the incorrect antibiotic which i cannot take because im pregnant. Thankfully, i had a discussion with my sister who is a NICU RN the same day and she informed me not to take it. I didn't receive a call from the office to explain why i was taking each medication. When i looked at the doctors notes it was annotated for someone who wasn't pregnant (dont think they reviewed my records).
