Dr. Julie has helped me eliminate my neck pain, work towards rebalancing my gait, and retaught (or untaught ) me so many things about how my body works it’s kind of amazing. I stand straighter, have opened up my chest more than I ever thought possible (I have pectus excavatum) and changed my entire thinking about shoes!! Sergent Wellness isn’t just for athletes needing rehab, but also for Moms in their 50s who want to learn how to properly care for their bodies!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Sergent Wellness! I came in struggling with post-op knee pain, and after a few sessions of PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field therapy), I noticed a huge difference. Not only did the pain start to ease up, but my healing seemed to accelerate significantly. PEMF therapy truly helped me get back on my feet faster than I expected. Highly recommend!
