On a eu des écureuils qui sont entrés dans l’entretoit et Sergen est venu régler ça vite et bien. Super service, très professionnels — je les recommande!

The guys from Sergen replied to my late evening email right away, sent my a very competitive quote and came the very next morning to take care of my wasp issue. The wasps were fully gone within a day or two tops. Very cordial, professional but most importantly EFFICIENT.

Not all heroes wear capes! We are currently in the middle of a house remodel/renos, and a very cute uninvited bat entered our residence through the night and was flying laps around our bedroom. We called so many places and although advertised as 24/7, nobody was picking up the phone. They did, and did their best at arriving first thing in the morning; in less than 10 min, the bat was gently captured and released outside.
