The quality of work is terrible.
I had a very negative experience at Sergei Car Care about two months ago. I would strongly advise against going there. The owner seemed erratic and was hard to communicate with due to his limited English skills. The environment was uncomfortable, with a strong smell of cigarettes that made it uninviting. It felt like a desperate attempt to make money rather than a genuine focus on customer service. Overall, I left feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. There are definitely better options out there for car service.
