Great selection We go to a lot of western stores and one of our favorities is Sergeants. They are an older store and it does show some wear in the store but they seem to carry some of the hard to find western items and apparel. I have always been able to get my boots there with no problem. The staff is A+++ for their service and just being nice. They help you without pushing you into buying something. They really do know their western apparel and have gone above and beyond looking for items for us.
sergeants western world This store where you can find all western things from a pair of boots to horseshoes or even spurs. If your a cowboy or your friends are then this is the place to go. They have clothes and accessories for every one. also if you've been looking for a saddle you'll find that here too. overall a great place for a cowboy.
Problem has been resolved. Monday June 15th I took a 7X Stetson straw hat, that had the sweatband deteriorating, into your Arlington, Texas store. The Manager was not in so one of the sales persons ask me to leave the hat, my name and telephone number and he would show it to the Manager on Monday. He said he had never seen a Stetson sweatband do what this one was doing. I had hoped either Sergeants or Stetson would stand behind their product and either repair or replace the hat. Wow what a store My daughter's only request this summer was a new pinto bryer horse. I had been buying them on ebay used and this would be her 1st one. So I found that that place, this huge giant (everything you could possible need to be a cowboy or cowgirl) had them. And boy did this store have the bryer horse and everything wester you could possibly think of. Sadles, tack, gear, boots, trinkets, candles.. You name it they have it. For the cowboy This is a store where you can find anything from a pair of boots to a horseshoe. If their's a cowboy in your family then this is the place to go. They have apparel for the whole family and if your in the market for a saddle you'll find that here too.
Sergeant's Western World is Missed I AM HEARTBROKEN! I ONCE FLEW FROM CA, TO TX., rented a car, just to visit the store in person. I spent 4 hours in there and came back the next day. I was like a kid on Christmas. So many beautiful, quality things. I spent $300 and had to ship all my bits, blankets and shirts home cause they would'nt fit in my suit case. Sergeant's catalog was always my book of dreams. I will miss this store always. :(
Store Closed As a former employee of Sergeant's Western World I am sorry to say that they have closed their doors :-( I worked back in Tack/Hats/Ladies English Apparel and it was the best job EVER!!!! I will miss the store something terrible. Everything Western If you are looking for ANYTHING western- Sergeants probably has it or can tell you where to get it! The staff knows about their apparel and boots and most things western. This isn't just a boot store-- they carry saddles, bits, bridles and everything you need to ride. They do have a great selection of boots and western jeans but they are much more than that. The prices are some of the best for the area and just ask if you can't find anything in the huge store- the staff is very friendly!
