I’m very disappointed with how my toddler was treated during his swim session. He was already hesitant to get into the pool, and instead of showing patience or encouragement, the supervisor, Kaela, said “what the heck” to him. Speaking that way to a small child is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. At this age, kids need kindness and reassurance, not frustration.
