If I could give a zero star I would. Joel signed a contract took partial payment of $15K and then disappeared not returning any phone calls or emails in 9/2022. Getting a lawyer involved will cost as much as what we lost. Please stay away from this guy.
Joel is responsiveness and helpful. I came to him with a project that had me stumped, and he got on it right away. He was courteous and met our expectations exactly.
From the very first phone call, Sergeant Built was able to draft a design and help us visualize what my wife and I had only dreamed of all while staying on budget. We had a modern walnut vanity and side bench fabricated with the utmost detail. We love it! By far Joel and his team was the easy to work with out of all the contractors we've hired in the past. They are always on time, very respectful of your space and time during construction. He quickly drafted some designs for the custom designed built in bookcases that reflected our taste and maximized space.
