My parents passed and left me a co-op. Serge did not zealously defend me against the cooperative, Maple Court Housing Development Fund Corporation. Many times, he did not answer my emails. A lot of time was wasted. He let the trial day come and then offered me a stipulation that would cause certain lost of the property.
