Very disappointing. I had records sent to the office prior to the appointment. They took 2 X-rays that had already been taken in allotted time period and sent me a bill. When I questioned them- I was told the office manager found one of the X-rays and they would not charge me for it but the other one was not in the records. There are a few things the staff and Dr. Gautier can improve on. Whether it’s sending out reminders more than 30 minutes prior to an appointment. Informing a patient of the procedure that’s getting done that day and what you may feel after, because it’s easy to get into our head when things are foreign us and our body. Overall great experience from the staff and Doctor G.

First impressions are often lasting impressions! Today was my first visit to this practice and it was such a pleasurable experience. Very friendly and professional individuals from the ease of scheduling an appointment, to call/text back messages, to the front desk, back office staff, and the dentist himself, Dr G! They were patient, thorough, and explained my care and included me in the decision making process. This is the place to come if you need your dental work done!!

They have been great! From the front office staff to Dr, I highly recommend. My hygienist, Jennifer, is fabulous. I was in the dental field for many years and am very picky about finding drs in general and finding a dentist with grey staff is very important to me. This is it! We have found them.
