Originally I joined the gym to get stronger so that when I'm older I can get myself off of the floor and because someone said I was fat like my Dad. That fat comment still motivates me when I need to push thru on whatever I'm doing. I keep coming because I like the results. I've seen tremendous improvement on my golf game due to the extra strength I have. Very clean gym. Serg and his wife Ally are very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. Very supportive. Love the vibe there. The community of people that go there are awesome too! Very encouraging. Never met a stranger. Always getting stronger! Check it out!
The best place in town to train. Whether it's with a trainer or solo! Equipment is top notch and the people are even better. Been going almost 3 years after a back injury and dr said to get my strength up!!
I signed up at serg fitness at the end of January 2024 with a trainer that Sergio had at his facility. I signed up for personal training sessions with a specific trainer. I paid the end of Jan and the full month of February. By the third week of my sessions an incident happened where I showed up to my class to find out the Sergio had canceled all of the trainers sessions with out any notice to the clients.
