Wanted a place with results and no excuses. Serge holds me accountable (because yes, I will flake on the gym!) I’m 11 months in, and I am down 50lbs plus went from a size 20 to a size 10. While you have lots of options for training and gyms in Bastrop county, this is the place if you are serious in your training.
