Our experience at Serge Auto has been awesome. We've switched to them from our dealerships mechanic as they are much more honest, kind and professional. Very good at what they do and have created a welcoming shop for all customers.
I've had the good fortune of having Gilles, Dan, Luc and the rest of the team look after my 4runner impeccably. Today my son was visiting and they delivered the same excellent care to servicing his Tundra. Highly recommend this amazing shop!

10/10 – Highly recommend! My car had an unexpected breakdown, so I had it towed to the shop. They were able to get it in at 10:00 a.m., repair it, and have it ready for pickup by 4:00 p.m. As a mom, having my vehicle back the same day means everything—it gets me to daycare, work, and everywhere in between. The staff was friendly and professional, and the mechanic, Gilles, even took a couple of minutes to show me photos of the issue and explain the repair, which I really appreciated.
