The location is great. It’s close to HEB and plenty of restaurants in the area. The management is great and very helpful never have a problem. I been living in the apartment complex for about 6 months and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place.
You won't be disappointed with Sereno Park Apartments. Everything about the move has been great—the apartment is exactly what I wanted and from the moment I arrived, the staff has been attentive and friendly, making my move-in seamless.
I’ve lived here two weeks. We moved in with a broken toilet and immediately put in a work order. As of now, it hasn’t been fixed. There’s trash all over the property, and so far the management hasn’t lifted a finger to fix a broken toilet, which is kind of essential.
I called a few weeks ago needing assistance and it took them awhile to get back to me, but Angela was persistent with her follow up messages and was quick with her responses. She was able to help me get everything situated. She is very professional. Great Job Angela.
