I called a few weeks ago needing assistance and it took them awhile to get back to me, but Angela was persistent with her follow up messages and was quick with her responses. She was able to help me get everything situated. She is very professional. Great Job Angela.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Read the reviews please. Go in the evening and look around. There is trash everywhere. The property has trash everywhere. The corridors never get cleaned. There's trash & dog poop on walk ways. There is a constant change in office staff. They rarely answer the phone. The gym well its There. Nothing works. Same with the pool. PARKING! Do not move here if you don’t want to pay to see family Any car that does not have a sticker has to pay $2 a hour up to $12 a day to parki here , and there is no visitor parking at all. This was not told to use when we signed our lease.
Went the 24th of May to go look at an apartment. The leasing agent that was there that day showed us a unit which was not ready till the middle of June. So my girlfriend and I agreed to put in an application. We filled it out and paid the fee to run the report. We understood that the office would be closed on Monday being Memorial Day. We were told that we would hear from them by Wednesday. It's Friday and I had to call them to see what the outcome was.
