I had an excellent experience with Serenity's The Art Of Plumbing! I needed some plumbing work done, and Robert Aguilar is incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Not only did they solve the issue quickly, but their rates were very reasonable compared to other companies I contacted. I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. Highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need—definitely my go-to for any future plumbing issues!
I would love to give zero stars if possible. I’ve been waiting for weeks for these guys to come back fix a job they didn’t do right to begin with. And their sense of urgency is basically non existent. The problems they need to fix? Well they redid my Bathroom and left cracks all around the tub so water is leaking into the wood. And evidently they can’t install a faucet correctly either as mine doesn’t even turn enough to give hot water.
OMG, these are straight up scamsters!! Took $500 deposit to order 2 high end showers. That was 4 weeks ago. No follow up at all, I kept calling for updates. At first it was “it’s taking time to get them delivered”, then “delivered but it’s wrong model”. That was 2 weeks ago. They have completely stopped returning my phone calls and text messages after that. I wish I read other reviews before giving them money. DO NOT USE THEM, I really hope Robert Aguilar, (the owner) ends up in a jail where he belongs!
Robert Aguilar Jr. lied about obtaining proper permits and also about the scope of work he completed as part of a plumbing job under my house. I busted him and his office manager for lying about obtaining proper city permitting (his office manager Laura had the gall to come up with a fake story about a fire at the Plano court house) and doing my job without any permit at all.
