First time visit at the West Covina location. Came here after not having a massage in years. It was definitely needed. They offer a variety of options and have a good membership offer so you can self-care regularly. A membership also gets you a guest who can book at a discount so you and a plus one can both have a spa day! Just left and I’m honestly annoyed. This was by far the worst “massage” I’ve ever had. It felt like I paid for someone to gently rub lotion on me instead of actually massage anything. Ella did a terrible job. There was zero pressure, no real technique, and she barely used her hands properly. It was just light rubbing the entire time.
