I reached out to Steph about my shoulder as I had frozen shoulder surgery over a year ago back in December. I wasn't sleeping well and it was starting to bother me again, which made me worry. It was so painful under my arm pit all the way up to my neck. Steph got me in the same week I reached out to her. By the next day.. I was sore, but slept so much better through the use of cupping. Within a few days I had no pain and have been sleeping much better ever since. Steph is great at what she does and it really shows!!

I brought my daughter to Stephanie for Zone Therapy to help with bed wetting. My daughter rarely woke up dry prior to seeing Stephanie. She would never sleep over a friend's house because she was embarrassed to have to wear a pull up. It took several months of weekly then monthly sessions. She has now been a year without wetting the bed, and having a zone session. She has the confidence to sleep over people's houses. I live in FL and was home due to evacuating Hurricane Milton. I had been working prep and cleanup from Hurricane Helene the entire 2 weeks prior and then made an excrutiatingly slow 4-day trip to PA to stay with family for a few days. When I started having back issues I chose to go to Steph for Massage & Zones based on knowing her background in Healthcare. After working in X-ray, then ultrasound and now as a massage therapist her knowledge of the body and how we move has helped dictate how she massages and treats the problem areas.
