As a professional in the human services field (DSP/DCW), I am deeply concerned by the lack of crisis intervention and trauma-informed support provided here. Despite clearly communicating that I was under extreme duress and that my insurance provider was a documented barrier to care, the only 'support' offered was a redirection back to that same insurance company.
