Made two separate appointment with her 1st one canceled as we where going because she didn't send documents and wouldn't do appointment without. 2nd appointment paperwork done we showed up on a sat and she didn't . wouldn't answer phone and when she did was yelling and acting crazy. Will not be doing a 3rd appointment and do not recommend to anyone needing metal health is a big trigger. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
