We had a very disappointing experience. Lynnette insisted that we sign paperwork related to a transaction from years ago without providing the complete documentation for our review. When I requested to see all relevant paperwork, Lynnette responded in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. She also altered dates and facts from the previous transaction, and when these discrepancies were brought to her attention, she dismissed them by saying, “it doesn’t really matter.” Buyers and sellers should proceed with caution.
10+++ stars!! There are title companies and then there is Lynnette and Serenity Title. Not only is she focused on creating an incredible client experience but sometimes in title creating the client experience title companies need to work diligently behind-the-scenes to make things happen without getting anyone else involved.
