I had an appt booked with Chantal, the owner, Monday. I drove an hour with my parents and new born baby to find the owner was not there and did not answer my phone calls, emails or texts! It is now Thursday and still I have heard nothing-no explanation or apology! I am extremely disappointed since we wanted to buy multiple items with engraving for family out of town.
