I have battled with how to write this review. The staff here are kind and compassionate people. Our Mothers remains were handled with compassion. However her immediate family was not. So many small mistakes were made from the start. I must add Mom prepaid for all serves. SB also had a full week to prepare for her funeral. 1. Moms death announcement ran the day her funeral. After the service. She was loved by many and a month later ppl are still upset they couldn't Attend it. 2. Moms age was listed off by 3 years. Everywhere.... read more
I had no idea what to expect during this most difficult time. Mr. Keith Bullock made it a great experience. He was very kind and patient with my situation. I couldn't imagine how things could have gone any better. I highly recommend the services of Steele Bullock to take good care of your loved one.
They have always served our community with dignity and pride. Keep up the excellent work guys!!
