This place is far from perfect and simply doesn't have many of the resources/features that were advertised on the site when I went there. Beyond grateful that I found this place. There is a solution!! This isn't a rehab focused on how many people they stuff into treatment, the quality of care is wonderful. My life is much better and I owe it to Serenity Springs
I have been to SSRC twice in 2/25 and 3/26. After my first stay there I put together 10 months before going to the hospital and getting morphine thru the IV. When that happened I went back and graduated 2 days ago. I currently have 57 days and if I ever relapse that's where I would go again. It is solution based. We spend a significant time in the big book of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is on a beautiful piece of land. There are outings to go bowling, put put, AA speaker meetings and the Beach.
