I work nearby and have had several of my own clients rave about this place, so I decided to give it a shot. I walked in and stood by the front desk for at least a full 2 minutes before anyone even bothered to say hello. A young girl came from the back and asked if she could help me. I asked if someone might have time for a haircut, and she told me no. I was excited about my first visit to Serenity as I live nearby and was hopeful I’d found a new salon. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I sat in Ellen's chair she started criticizing the condition of my hair, repeatedly telling me how I had destroyed it-while shaking her head and sucking her teeth. My Favorite – Have always enjoyed spa services and was leary of new ownership . The new owners are wonderful they made the transition painless. They offer better deals on all spa services and their commitment to customer service is second to none. I am glad that I Gave them the opportunity to fulfill all my spa needs and foresee a long relationship with them.So Thank You to the WHOLE Family. I will see you soon.

Great Hair Salon – My family and I have been going to Jill for over 6 years now. When she switched to Serenity Hair salon we followed her. We were very excited to hear that she is now one of the owners. I dont know what the other customer is talking about in regards to the receptionists being rude and not confirming appointments. Under New Management! – I am one for the new owners of Serenity. We are a family owned small business who purchased Serenity on 4/1/11. We currently are trying to help 17 full and part time people earn wages to support their families. As in any new venture, some people are resistant to change. So Relaxing – I went for a Swedish Massage right after the holidays and I must say, they made all of that post-holiday stress just melt away. This spa really knows how to treat their customers, and the location is great, for me any way. There doesn't seem to be many spa's not in Cary or north Raleigh, so the 10 minute drive is a blessing in itself. For a totally relaxing time, give Serenity a try, you'll be glad you did

A hidden gem ! – Being a new spa, these folks really go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful and relaxing time. I had a one hour Swedish Massage and loved every second. The therapist was very professional, and asked me about my specific needs, which I appreciated. After reading other reviews, I've noticed that not everyone gets such great service from salon staff. So go to this little undiscovered jewel, you'll be glad you did.
