The worst massage I've ever had. (I've been getting professional massages for several years at other locations.) You can tell they do the same thing to every client, and that they are rushed by the company. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage 1 week ago. On the intake form, we noted his shoulder surgery about 8 months ago. Before the massage we also told the therapist about his shoulder pain and surgery. Went in for my first ever massage and had the pleasure of having Lauren as my Massage therapist. She made it an incredible experience that I cannot speak of highly enough. Very personable, very knowledgeable and very professional, and overall a great person to chat with. Will certainly be back for a longer session in the future! Thank you for the excellent service!
