A different kind of massage, not as relaxing as most are, but sufficient enough for me. My wife says it's the worst massage ever and that we're never going back to them ever again. Not a bad place to visit, but just a different kind of massage that we're not used too.
The massage therapist added an extra $200 on my bill without my knowledge after I left the building. I will never step foot anywhere near this place again.
Ha Wen was ready right when I arrived, which I really appreciated. Even though they were only open for another 30 minutes, they still accommodated my request for a full hour session. Great service and very considerate of my time.
Massage was ok but demanded $40 tip. Said $20 tip was not ok
So I came in around 8:45 and got a 30 min massage. It was a pretty good massage, the issue I had with them was when i was done and came out to write down the tip on my receipt bc I pre paid, I put $10 for the tip, the massage was $60 I paid $66 because there was a credit card fee, the lady that did the massage looked at me and asked me for more and said because of the fee?! Like who does that. Idc what the fee is, you don’t ask the customer for more money for your tip. I will literally will never go back there.
