The amenities are great, especially after a day of skiing. I recommend the massaeur, Oki S. if you need a deep tissue massage. He created a very relaxing and soothing 50 minute experience. Highly recommend!
Westgate Resort has improved in every metric over the last year. I've visited many of the top-rated spas in Park City, and Serenity Spa is my personal favorite. The facility is modern and tasteful in design and ambiance. From my experience, all the staff and service providers are excellent. If you're looking for esthetic services, Ashley is an amazing service provider. For those looking to book a massage treatment, I'd highly recommend Joshua as a therapist.
Too many things, don't know where to start Let's start with $$. $200 for 50 minutes facial with an additional $50 built in tip. No ice water in the waiting room. Not hot water for the tea bags, no wine/champagne. And the piece de resistance a Swiffer pad on the product display. Not recommended. There is a Hand and Stone 17 miles and a Massage Envy 3.5 miles away.
Got a pedicure. It was way over priced for the service. She spent 45 of the 90 minutes taking my gel polish off before starting the pedicure. She didn't trim my nail beds - just painted the nails. Never got the face mask (was sent home with it). Never got the massage. It's only been two weeks and the polish is wearing off becuase a top coat wasn't applied. John was amazing. He knows what he is doing and his touch is magical. Solid pressure, gentle twist and perfect interaction. I felt such a relief on my shoulder knot. 10/10. Great experience!
